Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone. This wasn’t just about having a place to sleep; it was about enjoying comfort, convenience, and warm{ish} hospitality. From the smooth, hassle-free check-in process to the stunning views that greeted me at every turn. Every detail of my stay was thoughtfully designed to enhance my experience. Join me as I take you through the highlights of my stay. Modern amenities meet genuine comfort, creating an unforgettable getaway.

Seamless Check-In with a Tech-Savvy Twist

One of the standout features of my stay was the incredible convenience offered by the Hilton app. Forget the days of tedious check-ins and long waits at reception. With the Hilton app, I checked in 24 hours before my arrival and even got to pick my preferred room. It was as easy as a few taps on my phone. This allowed me seamless access to the corridors and my room upon arrival. This modern check-in process saved time and added a touch of tech-savvy sophistication to my stay.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone was nothing short of extraordinary. This was thanks to our Track Facing room with Balcony. From the moment we stepped in, we were struck by the impeccable cleanliness and the inviting comfort that enveloped us. The Suite Dreams® by Serta bed promised a night of pure relaxation. It certainly delivered an indulgent slumber. It made it a challenge to leave in the morning!

But what truly elevated our experience were the thoughtful amenities peppered throughout the room. A supersized TV, complimentary WIFI and bathroom amenities {that were kind to my sensitive skin!}. I wish more hotels would provide the following – an empty mini-fridge! Not through choice I have to have lactose-free milk along with that we could stock it with our refreshments. All whispered of the comforts of home, making our stay effortless and convenient.

Ah, the bath sheets! They were a lavish treat, oversized and plush, wrapping us in pure luxury after a day filled with adventures. Trust me, indulging in these was non-negotiable—I’m not one for skimpy towels! With every detail meticulously attended to, this room became a haven of comfort and opulence. It guaranteed that our stay was not only memorable but truly unforgettable.

A Rooftop Haven with Racing Views

After dropping off our bags, my partner and I soaked in the spectacular view from our room. Then, we headed to the rooftop bar. There, we met up with friends from the Alfa Romeo Championship. With drinks in hand, we enjoyed watching the FP2 from Imola. We also engaged in lively conversations about racing and current events. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it the perfect setting to unwind and connect. The rooftop bar’s chic decor added an extra layer of excitement. The panoramic views of the Silverstone Circuit were especially thrilling for racing enthusiasts like us.

An Evening in Charming Brackley

As the sun set, we decided to head to Brackley for dinner. We were eager to continue our delightful evening in this charming nearby town. Brackley’s quaint streets and cosy eateries provided a perfect backdrop for a memorable night out. We chose to dine at Khushboo. It is a firm favourite with the racing family. I mentioned this in my Round 2 review. This restaurant features dishes named after F1 drivers and commentators, adding a unique touch to the dining experience.

The owner is one of the most authentic people you could ever meet. However, be warned—his dry sense of humour might not be for everyone. Some leave low-star reviews. Nonetheless, the food is cooked with passion and is plentiful. Despite its distance, it’s a shame it isn’t closer. We savoured the delicious dishes and soaked in the friendly, small-town vibe. It was a perfect end to an already wonderful day, blending the excitement of Silverstone with the charm of Brackley.

Brunch and Boutique Shopping at Bicester Village

The next morning, we ventured to Bicester Village for brunch and a stroll. Basking in the sunshine, we explored the diverse array of shops, from high-end boutiques to unique local stores. The vibrant atmosphere and stylish architecture made for a delightful outing. We indulged in a delicious brunch at a quaint café, fuelling up for more shopping and exploration. While admiring some of the interesting window displays and ensembles, I found my perfect flight slippers in The White Company. No more faffing to get my shoes on during the flight to visit the washrooms! The combination of sunshine, shopping, and delicious food made our visit to Bicester Village a highlight of our trip.

Rooftop Relaxation and Minor Hiccups

Upon returning to the hotel, we regrouped at the rooftop bar. We were ready to relax and recount our adventures. Oh yes, we were also excited to watch F1 Qualifying. However, we encountered a small hiccup. The absence of staff meant we had to go to the mezzanine to buy drinks. Despite this minor inconvenience, the ambience and good company more than made up for it. We were able to unwind and enjoy the rest of our afternoon. The rooftop bar had comfortable seating and stunning views. It remained a favourite spot for us to relax and reflect on our day.

Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone GP Hospitality

I’m thrilled to announce that I’m heading to the home of Red Bull for the upcoming F1 race! For three exhilarating days, I’ll enjoy general admission tickets and soak in the electric atmosphere. But the ultimate dream? Experiencing F1 hospitality at the Red Bull Pole Position, located at the Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone.

The hotel is already buzzing with promotions. There is a Red Bull simulator that even the smallest among us found a tight squeeze! This private enclosure places you incredibly close to the track on the Main Straight. You get thrilling views of the Starting Grid, Finish Line, final corner, Pit Lane, and even the F1® Team Garages. It’s the perfect spot for any F1 fan looking to get up close and personal with the world of motorsport.
