Hotel Preview: Aman Beverly Hills
Aman is bringing its brand of quiet luxury to Los Angeles with an all-suite hideaway set inside the new One Beverly Hills development. The hotel will anchor a 17.5-acre urban oasis of botanical gardens, high-end retail and residences at the intersection of Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards—steps from the Beverly Hilton and Waldorf Astoria. The plan calls for 78 suites, an expansive Aman Club and branded residences, with design led by Kerry Hill Architects. The hotel is targeting 2027, with the wider One Beverly Hills project slated to complete ahead of the 2028 LA Olympics. Construction has moved into full swing in 2025.

- Design: Kerry Hill Architects signature minimalism and natural materials, consistent with Aman’s sanctuary-in-the-city ethos.
Timeline & status
- Under construction: Vertical build commenced; site activity visible through mid-2025 updates.
- Opening target: 2027 for the hotel (phased completion begins late 2027), with the broader precinct aiming to be ready before the 2028 Olympics.
